Mizora 1.0 helps you build healthy habits by tracking steps, water intake, streaks, and related goals primarily on your device.

Mizora Version 1 does not require an account. Features available today are those shipped in the app; we may add or change features over time.

Mizora is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie estimates, activity summaries, and other wellness metrics are for general motivation and information only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for decisions about your health. Do not ignore professional advice because of something you see in Mizora.

Step counts and related metrics depend on your device sensors, operating system permissions, and third-party system services (such as Motion on iPhone or step sensors on Android).

We strive for useful estimates, but we do not guarantee perfect accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results.

You are responsible for your device, permissions, and how you use Mizora alongside other apps.

You must comply with applicable laws and the terms of platforms you use alongside Mizora (including Apple App Store and Google Play policies where relevant).

Do not reverse engineer, abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service except to the extent permitted by law.

Do not use Mizora to harass others or violate third-party rights.

Mizora’s branding, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Open-source components are used under their respective licenses.

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Mizora’s proprietary materials except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

Mizora is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Mizora.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using Mizora at any time by uninstalling the app.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, we will provide notice where reasonable.

We may update these Terms as Mizora evolves. We will post the new date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
