Privacy

Your health data stays yours.

The same Privacy Policy you open from Profile in the Mizora app — hosted here for the web and store listings.

Last updated September 2, 2026

Mizora (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have when you use the Mizora mobile app (Version 1) and this website.

Who we are

Mizora is a wellness app that helps you build healthier habits through steps, hydration, streaks, and related daily progress on your device.

Mizora Version 1 does not require creating an account. You can use the core experience as a guest with data stored primarily on your phone.

Information we collect

Health and activity data you choose to connect — such as step counts from Motion & Fitness on iPhone, or Activity Recognition and your device’s native step counter / pedometer on Android — to power goals, charts, and streaks.

Mizora does not use Health Connect. Mizora does not collect or sync Sleep data.

App preferences you set in Mizora: daily step and water goals, notification preferences, streak progress, dashboard settings, and related habit progress — stored primarily on your device.

Optional profile details you enter (such as display name, weight, height, or activity level) to personalize water and step recommendations.

Basic diagnostic information if you contact support (for example device model and app version) so we can help you faster.

This website may receive standard technical logs from our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to operate and secure the site. We do not use those logs to build advertising profiles.

How we use information

To run Mizora 1.0 features: step and water tracking, calorie estimates from steps, streaks, and your dashboard.

To improve reliability and fix bugs — not to sell personal data or show third-party ads.

We do not use your health data for advertising profiles.

Permissions

On iPhone, Motion & Fitness is used for step tracking when you allow it. You can change or revoke access in iPhone Settings at any time.

On Android, Activity Recognition and your device’s native step counter / pedometer are used for step tracking when you allow it. You can change or revoke access in your phone settings at any time.

If you deny step access, step-related features are limited; water logging and goals on this device still work.

Mizora 1.0 does not use Health Connect and does not require app-usage or screen-time permissions.

Local storage

Health and activity data — including steps history used in the app, water logs, streaks, goals, and preferences — is stored locally on your device.

Mizora Version 1 does not provide cloud sync of your health dashboard across devices or a required online account.

Delete your data

In the app, go to Profile → Privacy & data → Delete data on this device. That action removes certain profile and preference fields stored by Mizora on that phone (such as display name, health profile details, and notification preferences).

Step history, water logs, and streak snapshots may remain on the device until you uninstall Mizora. Uninstalling the app removes local app storage on that device.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not sell or share your health data with third parties.

We may use trusted infrastructure providers (for example hosting or email delivery) under contracts that require them to protect data they process on our behalf.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of users and the public.

Analytics and advertising

Mizora Version 1 does not use your health data for third-party advertising.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers or ad networks.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a primarily on-device product. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

You are responsible for keeping your device locked and up to date, and for controlling who can unlock your phone.

Children
